What we keep, and why.

Volatile Design runs volatiledesign.co.uk. If you use the contact form, email [email protected], or buy a site, this is what we store.

What we collect

From the form: your name, email, and message. Company, project type, and budget if you fill those in. We keep the date it arrived. An order also stores your billing details and which plan you bought.

What we use it for

To reply, and to do the work you’ve asked about. We don’t sell the details, and we don’t use them for ads.

Where it sits

Enquiries and orders are stored in the website admin, on our server. A copy of an enquiry is emailed to the studio when the server can send mail. The fonts on this site are hosted with the theme. They aren’t loaded from Google or anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation or the order needs, and a while after that in case something comes up. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
