Which platform the site is built on

The platform depends on the site. If you will be changing text, photos, or products yourself, WordPress or Shopify is usually the right place for that. You edit those in an admin screen, and we keep that screen limited to the parts that should change.

Laravel is for when the site has rules, accounts, or behaviour that a normal content site does not cover. An app is the same kind of decision. If people log in and the screen changes based on what they do, we build that as software rather than forcing it into a page editor.
